Timothy's Christmas Cookies
Timothy'S Christmas Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a large bowl, mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Add egg; beat until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture and milk alternately into margarine and sugar mixture.
Chill 1 hour.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with Pam.
On a lightly floured surface, roll half dough to 1/8-inch thickness and cut out with Christmas cookie cutter.
Sprinkle with red and green crystals.
Place cookies on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown.
Watch closely, or they will burn on the bottom.
When they are done, remove cookies and put onto waxed paper to cool.
Makes 3 dozen.
