Theresa's Chili
Theresa'S Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 4 cans hot chili beans and 3 pt. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
Drain.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large kettle, mix beans, juice, paprika, red pepper and chili powder.
Tie cloves and bay leaf in a piece of cheesecloth and add to juice bean mixture.
Add browned ingredients to juice bean mixture.
Mix all ingredients well.
Let all ingredients simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
