Texas Taco Casserole
Texas Taco Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 8 c. taco flavored tortilla corn chips and 4 c. grated cheddar cheese (2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown and drain beef and onions.
Add tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes.
Place 6 cups of chips in a 4-quart casserole.
Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over top.
Pour on the meat sauce.
Top with remaining chips.
Place remaining 2 cups cheese over.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
