Teriyaki Steak
Teriyaki Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 small piece ginger root, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Freeze steak for 1 hour.
Slice thin, cross grain.
Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish.
Add steak slices. Marinate for 1/2 hour.
Place on broiler rack.
Broil 4-inches from heat.
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown, turning to other side.
Serve immediately.
