Teriyaki Steak
Teriyaki Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. lite soy sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. ginger, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 round steak or chuck steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together.
Cut steak into serving size portions and place on cookie sheet.
Pour marinade over pieces, turning meat to cover both sides.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
In morning, remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for an hour or two before cooking, turning frequently.
Grill until desired doneness.
