Tempting Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 packet taco seasoning mix (i prefer 1/2 pkg.), 1 head lettuce, shredded into bite size pieces, 1 large tomato, diced and 1 small onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning mix.
Cool and drain. Mix in large bowl the lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and prepared taco meat.
Add chips and toss with dressing just before serving.
