Tea Garden Salad
Tea Garden Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. orange gelatin, 1 c. hot freshly made black tea, 1 c. juice, drained from oranges and pineapple, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections and 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in hot tea.
Add cup of juice from mandarin oranges and pineapple. (Add regular orange juice to fill cup if needed.) Stir.
Place gelatin in refrigerator until it has thickened considerably. Drain and cut water chestnuts into small slices. Add chestnuts, pineapple and orange sections to gelatin. Spoon mixture into well oiled molds.
Refrigerate until set.
