Tasty Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 (8 oz.) can pillsbury refrigerator quick crescent dinner rolls and 1/2 lb. velveeta mexican cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown meat and drain.
Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes.
Unroll dough and press onto bottom and sides of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
Prick bottom and sides with fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Cover crust with meat mixture.
Top with processed cheese spread.
Continue to bake until cheese spread begins to melt.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Serve with sour cream, if desired.
