Taco Twist Casserole
Taco Twist Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (use 1/2 for less spicy taste), 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 3 c. (8 oz.) corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; place on bottom of 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
