Taco Soup
Taco Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chopped onions, 3 stalks chopped celery, 3 garlic cloves, chopped, 2 to 3 lb. ground beef and 2 cans shoepeg corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute onions, celery and garlic cloves in an iron skillet. Cook ground beef in a separate cooker until thoroughly done.
Drain fat.
Combine sauteed onions, celery and garlic with cooked ground beef.
Then add your corn, beans, stewed tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Add your package of taco mix and Ranch dressing mix and thoroughly stir.
Let simmer until you serve.
