Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1/2 c. water and 6 c. torn leaf lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In 10-inch skillet, over medium heat, cook beef and chili powder until browned and no longer pink, stirring to separate meat.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup mix and water.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Arrange lettuce and tortilla chips on plates. Spoon hot meat mixture over chips.
Top with tomatoes and cheese. Makes 6 servings.
