Taco Pie(Serves 6 To 8) is an moderately easy dinner. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie pan or square baking pan.
Cook and stir beef and onion until brown and drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in pan and top with chilies.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth (1 minute with mixer).
Pour over all ingredients.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.
