Break up tacos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving half. Brown beef slowly in pan, then add tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring.
Add half of meat mixture to pan with tacos; add refried beans, then remainder of meat mixture, topping with grated cheese and rest of tacos. Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve with sour cream.
