Taco Casserole II
Taco Casserole Ii is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag doritos or tostitos (small), 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 large onion, chopped and 2 large tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat; add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
Crush Doritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer remaining ingredients in the following order:
Layer meat on top of Doritos, then onion, tomato, lettuce and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
(Chop ingredients ahead of time.
Put together just prior to baking to prevent Doritos/Tostitos from getting soggy.)
