Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 (4 oz.) cans chiles, diced (green) and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Add sour cream.
Set this gravy aside. In a 10 x 13-inch cake pan, lightly greased, layer the next 3 ingredients (2 or 3 layers).
Spread gravy on top of each layer. Top with sliced green onions and tomatoes for garnish.
Mild salsa may be used instead of tomatoes.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
