Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an impressive Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with . ground beef, (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, to 4 tbsp. chili powder, c. tortilla chips and c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet until brown.
Drain.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Heat to boiling.
Coarsely break chips and place in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with beef mixture, spread sour cream. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and cheese.
Cook, uncovered, in 350Β° oven until hot and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
Arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of casserole.
Serve with shredded lettuce, chili peppers and taco sauce.
