Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can ripe olives, sliced, 3/4 c. celery, sliced, 1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef, 1/2 pkg. wick fowler's taco seasoning and 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Reserve a few pieces of olives and celery for garnishing the top of casserole. Brown turkey or ground beef and celery in nonstick skillet. Do not drain grease.
Pour in taco seasoning, olives and mushrooms. Heat until seasoning is dissolved.
