Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 26 minutes. Made with round steak, tenderized, flour, salt and pepper to taste, bell pepper and medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Salt and pepper steak taste.
Flour steak for frying.
Fry in oil until done on both sides.
Cut bell pepper and onion in rings and put over steak.
If there is oil left over from frying, drain.
Pour large can of tomato sauce over steak, add bell pepper and onion.
Bring to boil.
Turn heat to simmer and simmer for 1 1/2 hours so steak will be tender (cover with lid to simmer).
Serve over rice.
