Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small cube steaks, 1 onion, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Flour and brown steaks in a pan.
Put browned steaks in a casserole dish.
Put chopped onions and cut up mushrooms on steak. Mix soups together and pour over tops of steaks.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350Β° in a covered casserole dish.
