Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat until butter is foamy.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet.

Add steaks along with any accumulated juices.
Reduce heat to low.
