Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 1 c. celery (thin slices), 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes and 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix onion, celery, tomatoes and tomato paste together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Cut steak into bite size pieces.
Add to sauce.
Reduce power setting to 50% power.
Cover casserole and cook 25 to 30 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through cooking time. Let rest for 10 minutes after cooking time.
