Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cubed steaks, 1 small can tomato paste, 2 paste cans water, 1/4 c. chili sauce to taste and 1 small/medium onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Flour and fry cubed steak until almost done.
Drain and put in casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, combine tomato paste, water, chili sauce, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over steaks and bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
