Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. dry mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 2 to 3 lb. 1-inch thick steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Sift together.
Put in deep dish.
Coat steaks on both sides and pound in with side of saucer. Cut steak in serving size pieces.
Brown in oil in Dutch oven. Do not crowd.
