Swiss Bliss (Steak)
Swiss Bliss (Steak) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tbsp. oleo, 2 lb. chuck steak, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms and 1 large can tomatoes, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Spread center of large sheet of foil with oleo.
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Arrange on foil slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Mix juice, A.1. sauce and cornstarch.
Pour over meat and vegetables.
Bring foil up over and double fold edges to seal tightly.
Bake for 2 hours at 375Β°.
