Swedish Coffee Cake

Mix the first dry ingredients well.
(Reserve about 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top later.) Add butter and mix well, then add milk, egg and soda.
Beat well.
Greased
9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top and bake at 325° to 350° for 30 minutes.
