Sunday Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak (about 3 lb.), 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 3/4 c. catsup and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 350Β°. Cut steak in serving size pieces.
Pour oil in skillet.
Roll steak in flour and brown on both sides.
Remove to baking dish.
Add onions to skillet and brown lightly.
Add rest of ingredients to make sauce.
Simmer a few minutes and pour over browned meat.
Bake in covered baking dish until tender, about 3 hours.
