Sugar Free Raisin Bars
Sugar Free Raisin Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted; continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Spread into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 16 bars.
