Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 24 packets equal sweetener, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 8 oz. reduced-calorie cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine over low heat.
Add chocolate and stir just until melted.
Remove from heat; stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine chocolate mixture and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread mixture in lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields 64 squares of fudge.
