Cream margarine and sugar substitute.
Beat in eggs, water and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add dry mix to creamed mixture, stirring to blend thoroughly. Stir in chocolate mini-chips.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes. This cookie will not brown as other chocolate chip cookies.
Makes about 7 dozen.
