Sugar-Free Brownies
Sugar-Free Brownies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box sweet 'n low chocolate cake mix, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/4 c. chopped almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix cake mix, salt, 1/4 cup water and vanilla in mixer for 3 minutes.
Gradually add balance of water; mix 1 minute.
Pour batter into 10-inch pan sprayed with Pam (one 8-inch pan and one 8 x 4-inch pan can be used instead).
Sprinkle batter with almonds. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Cut bars in pan.
Makes 2 dozen (2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch) bars.
