Sugar-Free Apple Pie
Sugar-Free Apple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium apples (delicious are best), 1 (6 oz.) can apple juice (frozen concentrate), 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring sliced apples and apple juice to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of water and stir into apples.
Cover and bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes, until softened.
Stir in cinnamon.
Pour into pie crust and dot with margarine.
Top with crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
