Sugar-Free Apple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large or 4 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 3 tbsp. dry tapioca, 1 c. apple juice (no sugar added), 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a saucepan, add tapioca and apple juice to apples.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
