Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (soft), 1/2 c. wesson oil, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Using mixer, cream sugars, butter and oil; add vanilla and eggs. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
Mix in pecans.
Roll by teaspoons into sugar, place on cookie sheet and mash with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove when cookies are light brown.
They become crispy when cool.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen. Really good.
