Strawberry Tea Loaf
Strawberry Tea Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 c. finely chopped pecans (optional), 1 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thaw strawberries.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and oil.
Add strawberries and continue beating until strawberries are in small pieces.
Add flour mixture and blend well.
Pour into loaf pan and bake one hour.
