Strawberry Salad
Strawberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 c. chopped pecans and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Soften cream cheese.
Add dry jello to cream cheese and mix. Thaw and mash strawberries; drain juice and if necessary, add water to make one cup liquid.
(Set aside mashed strawberries.)
Bring juice to a full boil.
Add cream cheese and jello mixture, stirring until it is dissolved good.
Add mashed strawberries, pecans and marshmallows.
Mix well and then gently fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into tube pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
