Preheat oven to 350Β°

Mix crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter

Press firmly into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan

Bake for 10 minutes and cool

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and milk until smooth

Fold in Cool Whip gently, then spread over cooled crust and refrigerate
