Strawberry Jello Salad
Strawberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 small frozen strawberries, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice and 2 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour boiling water to strawberry Jell-O mix.
Add frozen strawberries and mix until the strawberries are thawed.
Can of pineapple and juice and the mashed bananas.
Pour half the mixture in dish; set in refrigerator until firm.
Take out and spread the sour cream.
Add remaining 1/2 that has been setting out.
Refrigerate.
