Strawberry Cream Tarts
Strawberry Cream Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can strawberry pie filling, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, whipped cream and 1 (15 oz.) pkg. ready made refrigerator pie crusts (2 crusts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Roll one of the pie crusts out, forming an 11 x 14-inch rectangle.
Cut 12 circles out of crust.
Place circles into mini muffin pan to form miniature pie shells.
Repeat using second pie crust.
Prick tart shells.
Bake shells 10 minutes.
