Strawberry Congealed Salad
Strawberry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine jello in boiling water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, mashed bananas and nuts. Put half in 12 x 8-inch dish.
Let chill until firm. Spread sour cream over mixture. Spoon remaining amount of mixture over sour cream.
Chill and serve.
