Steaks in Wine Sauce
Steaks In Wine Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 quick-cooking steaks (rib, porterhouse or salisbury), seasoned salt or garlic salt to taste, pepper to taste, butter and several minced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown steaks in a frying pan; season with seasoned salt, garlic salt, and/or pepper as desired.
Remove steaks from pan and drain off fat.
Add 1 tablespoon butter and several minced green onions to pan; cook for about 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup dry sherry and boil down.
Remove from heat and beat in some butter.
Season with pepper and parsley, as desired (and salt if necessary). Serve over steaks.
