Steakie-Roastie
Steakie-Roastie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large sirloin tip steak, 1 small onion, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 tbsp. marjoram and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put steak in roasting pan.
Fill with water until just covering steak.
Mix soup in with water.
Chop onion up and add it and all other ingredients to the water.
Cover.
Bake in oven at 275Β° for about 4 hours.
Check occasionally after 2 1/2 to 3 hours to make sure the water is still there.
If the water gets too low, add a little.
Also check the steak with a fork and when it falls apart easily, it's done.
The water and soup mixture makes the gravy.
