Steak And Veggie Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. oil, 1 lb. beef sirloin, cut 3/4-inch cubes, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. new england style frozen peas, potato and carrot combo, 1/2 c. frozen small onions and 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in 4-quart container; add meat and stir 4 to 5 minutes until browned.
Stir in veggies and thyme.
In small bowl, mix well water and gravy mix.
Mix together in pan; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until all tender (8 to 10 minutes). Enjoy.
