Steak and Rice Casserole
Steak And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak (any kind), salt and pepper, 1 c. raw rice and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut steak into bite size pieces; salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour and fry in 1/2-inch of oil in skillet.
Put raw rice in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Put meat on top.
Chop onion and put on meat.
Brown flour.
Add water to make thin gravy.
Pour over meat and rice. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Can add bell peppers, mushrooms or tomatoes.
