Steak and Mushroom Pie

Cube steak and slice mushrooms.

Place in loaf pan together with seasonings and gravy browning (use directions on packet). Cook in a 350° oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

(If you are in a hurry, you can use your microwave oven, but the slower method using the conventional oven allows the various flavors to blend together.)

When the meat, etc., is cooked, you can cover with pastry and bake in a hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
