Steak And Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, salt and pepper, 1/2 c. flour and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut steak into strips.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Fry in skillet until done, turning once.
Remove steak into platter. Keep hot.
Put a little flour in drippings in skillet; stir well. Then add milk enough to make gravy.
Serve over steak.
