Steak and Dressing
Steak And Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices cubed steak, 3 slices white bread, 1/2 c. grits (cooked), 2 eggs and 1/2 c. celery (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut cubed steak into small pieces and set aside.
Cook grits until done.
In a mixing bowl, place bread and pour enough hot water over to make soft.
Using potato masher, mash bread until it becomes soft. Add all other ingredients except the steak.
Mix well. Spray dish with cooking spray.
Layer dressing and steak beginning and ending with dressing.
Place in 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown and bubbly.
