Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 1 onion (size of an egg), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut squash and chop onion; season with salt and margarine. Cook until well done.
Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased casserole dish.
Save enough cheese and crackers to cover top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When solid, cover with reserved cheese and crackers and brown slightly.
