Springtime Garden Pilaf
Springtime Garden Pilaf is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. water, c. butter or margarine, . instant chicken bouillon, . salt and of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In 2-quart saucepan bring water, butter, chicken bouillon, salt, pepper and garlic to a full boil (5 to 7 minutes).
Add rice and carrots; return to a full boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer until rice is tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Makes eight 2/3 cup servings.
