Spicy Wok Chicken
Spicy Wok Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, 20 oz. french's worcestershire, 3 medium green bell peppers, 3 medium yellow onions and 1 tsp. dry onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pour enough cooking oil to cover bottom of wok.
Cut up chicken into small pieces.
Cut up onions and bell peppers thinly. Fry chicken in cooking oil with minced onions, garlic and Tony Chachere.
Pour in Worcestershire.
Add cut up bell peppers and onions.
Bring to a boil; continuously mix.
Reduce heat to low and cover for 15 minutes.
Pour over rice or pasta.
