Heinz ketchup; 1 tall can Joan of Arc red-skinned kidney beans; 5 heaping Tbsp. chili powder; 1 to 2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 large head lettuce, finely chopped in thin wedges; 1 container sour cream; 1 giant bag tortilla chips; 4 to 6 large ripe tomatoes, diced; 2 lb. breakfast steaks (sirloin tip steak that is bought sliced thin); 2 large tomatoes, chopped in large pieces; 1 large white sweet Vidalia or Bermuda onion, in thin circular slices; 1 lb. shredded jalapeño peppered cheese or your choice of cheese; 1 head lettuce; 3 to 4 c. large potatoes, thickly sliced and French-fried; 1 large bottle buttermilk Ranch salad dressing; 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters (optional); Lawry's seasoning salt to taste; black pepper to taste
